I am so happy to be sharing my success story with you. I am a small framed person at 5'2 and found myself weighing 161lbs in January of this year. I went through the usual "How and when did this happen to me"? I am a person who takes pride in looking good physically and feeling healthy. I am not a diet or exercise fanatic by any means, but looking good is important to me. I have never in my life weighed that much before, so with that realization, I had to take a proactive step in reversing this trend.

Another reason why I made this decision is to maintain a healthy blood pressure and avoid getting diabetes.  This is when I called in my personal trainer and friend, Suzette Dallas. I say friend because she has become my friend. Suzette developed a personal diet plan and exercise regime to suit my needs and calls to make sure that I am okay mentally and physically. She checks in, she makes me feel important, you would never know that she has other clients ... this is why I say she is my friend. She has been an inspiration and has been successful in not only getting me to a better place physically but also mentally, because at 161 lbs, I was getting depressed.

Today, I am happy to say that I am upbeat and looking good at 140 lbs and maintaining this weight. The key is to stay focused and be consistent. With someone with a personality like Suzette’s, you have no choice, and most of all, she makes it fun.
