Dynamic Routines

The effectiveness of any fitness regime is built on being able, being interested, and being consistent! Typical health clubs and dance classes are structured by a "begin" and "end" date making it difficult to attend in the middle of a session. No one likes to feel alienated by a room of people who already know a routine that you don't! Even when you know the routine, having the same mechanical movements of a typical step or aerobic class or can chip away at your enthusiasm.

An obsession with a perfect weight, measurement or dress size isn't healthy for anyone. There is also the myth that you can only get results with strenuous high-impact routines that leave you exhausted every step of the way.

Consistent low-medium impact exercise a minimum of 3 times a week shows the same or greater health benefits than intense spurts of activity or random starting and stopping.
