Over ten years experience in dance taught by Canadian’s top chirographers’ in the business. From; Ballet Creole, Doahl Academy and Do Dat Entertainment.  I want my students to realize; with incorporating dance and fitness the body is physically challenged and without realizing its working out. The fun time and participation in this class leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, empowered, and sexy with one step closer to a healthier lifestyle.

ZUMBA has allowed Jackie the opportunity to share her love of fitness and passion for dance with a wider range of people helping them along their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Her Latin influence and international zest makes every class feel like a party.

Group Classes - Descriptions

 ZUMBA® FITNESS

Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. 


CARIBBEAN RHYTHM DANCEFITNESS 

Dance your war into firmer abs, tighter gluts, firmer curve,   in one class better core and strength stability, burn up to 800 Calories in one class!  This Caribbean/International class is High energy Cardiovascular and Core Stability dance fitness class that combines moves and Rhythms from a range of Caribbean, Latin, Reggae and Indian (Bollywood) disciplines.  This class is exciting, rhythmic and exotic.  Its a style of dance fitness that works and its FUN!  This will remind o of Caribbean/Latin vacation..... 

 SCULPT &TONE  

This class focuses on the entire body from “head to Toe!”  It will Sculpt and Strengthens your upper and lower body, tone your arms, legs, butt, back, chest, gain more flexibility and motivation towards reaching your goals!!!, 

CARIO KICKBOXING

This class incorporates hand and foot techniques from boxing, Karate and TaeKwondo in an hour of focus cardiovascular, Core an Muscular Conditioning all played to high energy  beats. 

CARDIO HIGH/LOW

 Target all the major fitness zones in this multi level, combination class. An energizing 

flexibility and cardiovascular workout leads into muscle sculpting moves to improve your 

strength, endurance followed by of 10 minute stretching. This is a great way to get a 

complete workout in only 60 minutes! 

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

You will target every muscle group in this head to toe approach to group strength training. The benefits of toning your body go beyond strong muscles; you will increase your energy, improve your posture, and help protect yourself from injury. You choose how heavy you lift, so you are always working at the right level! 

COMBO CLASS----SUZYMARI SPECIALITY CLASS

(Dance, Legs, Abs, Buns)

This class is a combination of all our group fitness classes done in 60 minutes!  So if you get bord of the same type of routine for the entire hour----then this is it, you found it!   

CARDIO STEP CLASS

This class utilizes a raised step, with basic level step choreography, and intervals of intense drills to challenge your anaerobic threshold, and beyond.  Includes 10 minutes of Abs at end of class.  Burn calories, strengthen legs, do something different- come step with us!

YOGA/PILATES

Yoga/Pilates
Yoga focuses on  the methods or disciplines prescribed, especially aseries
of postures and breathing exercises practiced to achieve control of the
body and mind, tranquility. Mixed with pilates which is an extremely
powerful total-body conditioning method that produces long, lean muscles
and builds strength without creating bulk. It allows you to work on
posture, flexibility, balance and core strength. 

DANIE SAYAVONG

 Health and fitness has always been a part of Danie's life growing up. He believes that the participation and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle should be a priority in the lives of everybody. As the saying goes, "You only have one life to live." Through working in this field, Danie hopes to promote and educate others in the practice of healthy living and to help his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. 


In his leisure time, Danie enjoys participating in volleyball and ultimate Frisbee leagues, playing tennis, reading, playing his piano and spending time with friends and family. 

Danie has an Advanced Diploma from George Brown College in Fitness and Lifestyle Management and is a certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists.
